Each of the products available for sale on our website is embraced by our Return Policy. Any product sold to customer is eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery. You can also get refund for the returned product. However, returned merchandise will need a RMA i.e. return merchandise authorization. Besides, RMA every buyer will have to follow the below mentioned set of terms, which include.
- No refunds for Wall Art Canvas, Mousepad, T-Shirt products because they are manufactured specifically for you. Unless the product is different from the description on the website, the product has a manufacturing error.
– Any returned product must be sent back with all the items constituted in its package and in re-saleable condition.
– It must include all its packaging materials, inserts and manuals, blank registration card(s), intact UPC codes along with its accessories and software.
– Shipping back the item in double boxed package is a MUST. Double packaging must be done in order to avoid damage.
– DO NOT write or tape anything on the item or its original packaging.
– We hold the sole right to reject a return on any product that doesn’t meet any of these requirements.
– Also don’t send back any package before you get the RMA. If any item is returned without RMA then we will not accept it.
– NO returned product with incomplete or not in re-saleable condition will be ACCEPTED.
– CUSTOMERS are RESPONSIBLE for shipping and insuring their package, at full value.
– Shipping of the product must be done with a highly regarded carrier that has on-line tracking system.
– Packages lost, stolen or damaged while sending back to us will be customer’s responsibility.
– All items returned for repair will be sent back to you at your expense.
– Shipping charges will apply.
– DO NOT request a RMA for defective product, in case you have not “bench tested” the unit and are certain that the product is defected. After receiving the product, our technicians will attempt to duplicate the defect as described by you.
– While exchanging any item, the customer has to pre pay the return shipping.
– The refund for all returned merchandise is subject to at least 10% of restocking fee.
– Shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded.
– Refund processing will take up to 2 weeks. The refund amount will be issued in a similar manner as the payment was received.
